Do you have any discount codes?

Yes! We currently have two active offers:

• LUMINFIRST10 — Get 10% off your first order. Apply at checkout. Perfect if you're trying LuminBaby for the first time.
• LUMINBUNDLE15 — Get 15% off when you spend $100 or more. The more you bundle, the more you save. Great for stocking up or gifting.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes are applied at checkout in the Discount code field.

Which code should I use?

If it's your first order and you're spending under $100, use LUMINFIRST10 for 10% off. If you're spending $100 or more, use LUMINBUNDLE15 for 15% off — you'll save more that way.

Can I combine discount codes?

Discount codes cannot be combined. We recommend choosing the one that saves you the most based on your order total.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping takes 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. Please contact us at support@luminbaby.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Email us at support@luminbaby.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for newborns?

Yes. All LuminBaby products are made from BPA-free, non-toxic materials and are designed with newborn safety as the top priority. Always follow the included instructions and age recommendations for each product.

How does the Breathing Plush work?

The Soothe 'n Snuggle Otter mimics the gentle rise and fall of a breathing motion, paired with soft sounds, to soothe babies naturally. Turn it on and place it near your baby in the crib or stroller.

How do I clean the products?

The breathing plush toys can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. Silicone bibs and toy straps wipe clean or wash with warm soapy water. The UV sanitizer requires no cleaning solution — UV light does all the work.

What ages are your products designed for?

Our products are designed for babies from birth up to 36 months depending on the product. Each product listing includes specific age recommendations.
