Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
Orders under $50 — flat rate of $4.99.
Express Shipping — $9.99 on any order.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is coming soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@luminbaby.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return label within 1-2 business days.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, used beyond normal inspection, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: pacifier sanitizers, bibs, and feeding accessories. If there is a defect or damage, we will of course replace them.
